Voting in a Democracy

 What we live in, here in USA, is not a true democracy.  If it were, everyone would automatically be registered to vote for life, when acquiring identification or drivers license.  It would be illegal to ask a persons political affiliation or preference, just as its illegal to use religion to categorize citizens.   A real democracy would never allow states to restrict voters to one party or another based on weather they are registered republican or democrat.  This is a blatant violation of everything democracy is supposed to mean and only serves to restrict our options and eliminate populists who are loved by all political groups, and how we end up with morally and socially out of touch elitists and liars, bought and paid for by the richest corporations on the planet, as candidates in the primary. Easy Fix to Law Enforcement , and Political Power Abuse

 As a person who has been exposed to some very bad and abusive policing, I can assure you, DA and police investigators first line of questioning will include weather or not your willing to take a polygraph.  Legally, it supposedly cannot be used in court, but of course, it is.  What if law enforcement and politicians were held to the same standards?  What if any case relying on police testimony required a MANDATORY polygraph?  After all, they are granted power over life and death, judgement and severity of force used completely in their hands.  How is it that only the ones holding all the power are exempt from cunning edge technology used on civilians?    Imagine a game show like scenario where all politicians are hooked to a polygraph during moderator questioning , on live television.  Mounting Frustration in Social Political Ecological Climate As the west coast burns annually , the mid west drowns and withers,  and I personally faced evacuation notice last year,  I won't even unpack my tools from my escape vehicle.  For a decade now the majority of the masses I come in contact with seem to be in a dream like state of denial, even as some, an extreme minority, admit they are worried, or even scared, won't lift a finger to make the change happen in their personal lives.   Bogged down by some delusion that "one person can't make a difference", or the belief that by voting their involvement and contribution is satisfied.  Even those with plenty of resources to afford a complete shift from the dirty grid power here in USA, including members of my own family and our family business, they do nothing to force the change that needs to happen.  I'm ashamed of you all.
